Don't get me wrong -- that's a fine performance, and a JGB show is still better than most any other show. But given the choice, I'd rather not have to suffer through another Ahlers Moog solo. It's not so much about the back-up singers to me, but I do enjoy the gospel feel they bring to the music. Ahlers himself said that he didn't particularly enjoy playing with JGB, and evidently the feeling was mutual, as he only lasted about nine months.

No problem snow and rain,just a difference of opinion,I can't speak to the length of his tenure,not being privy to the actual details.I will say that both Jerry and Ozzy seemed to enjoy playing together as I saw them up close in small theaters and gyms maybe 12-15 times.
